1. Investment Terms
Estimated Annual Development Profit Sharing of 20% until June 2031.
Ownership of Land Along with All Associated Developments and Structures.
Sub-Deed (Sale Deed) Registration within 6 Months.
Two (2) Complimentary Nights of Resort Stay Every Year upon Completion of the Resort.
Ownership May Be Transferred or Sold at Any Time.
Eligibility to Receive 70% of the Net Project Profit Starting After Five (5) Years.
The ownership of the land shall be transferred to the investor; however, all project development, infrastructure, and construction activities will be carried out and managed by Liveon Development Zone Limited in accordance with the approved master plan.
2. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice.
Installment plans are available as per the selected package terms.
Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement.
Booking money is non-refundable after the cooling-off period.
3. Ownership & Transfer
Full ownership rights are transferred upon completion of all payments.
Sub-deed registration is processed within the agreed timeframe.
Ownership can be transferred or sold at any time with proper documentation.
Transfer fees may apply as per government regulations.
4. Profit Sharing
Profit sharing is calculated based on the agreed percentage in the package.
Distributions are made monthly as per the payment schedule.
Eligibility for net project profit sharing begins after five (5) years.
All profit figures are pre-tax unless otherwise specified.
5. General Provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We reserve the right to update these terms with prior notice.
If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
